Nespresso’s business model is to offer you luxury and convenience at the same time. And as an extension of this Luxury, they want you to come to their Nespresso boutiques which are located worldwide, to experience it first hand.
If you’ve ever been to a Nespresso boutique, then you know what I am talking about.
Nespresso stores, or boutiques as they prefer to call them, are high end stores. You’ll feel how special they are as soon as you step into the store.
What To Expect Inside a Nespresso Boutique
Nespresso boutiques can vary in design from one location to another, but there’s one common thing to expect from your visit: a luxurious experience.
In a Nespresso store, you can try out any Nespresso machine and experience it for yourself. Also, you get to taste the coffee pods or get samples to try at home.
Sales associates in Nespresso boutiques are also trained to prepare delicious coffee recipes. So you can request a coffee drink and they’ll make it for you. All free of charge.
Some Nespresso locations also have full on coffee shops where you can buy coffee drinks and desserts.
Where To Buy Pods in Nespresso Boutiques
Whichever country you live in, there’s most likely a Nespresso boutique in it.
To locate a Nespresso store near you, all you have to do is visit Nespresso.com, select your country and select the Store Locator which will help you locate a store near you.
What If There’s No Nespresso Store Near You?
If you live in an area where Nespresso stores are not available, then your only option is to order from Nespresso’s online store or their Amazon store.
What Nespresso Pods Can You Buy at Grocery Stores
If you want an option that’s easier than ordering your pods online, there are some Nespresso pods that you can purchase from grocery stores and supermarkets. The only difference is, they’re not going to be Nespresso’s own pods, but 3rd party pods.
Can You Buy Nespresso Vertuo Pods in Supermarkets?
If you own a Nespresso Vertuo machine, then you know that Nespresso still owns the patent to Vertuo pods and they’re not available from any other brands.
But there’s a small exception here…
Starbucks Vertuo pods.
Vertuo Pods by Starbucks are a collaboration between Nespresso and Starbucks. And if you look closely at the packaging, you’ll notice it says ‘Starbucks pods by Nespresso’ .
The great news is, these Starbucks Vertuo pods are easily available to purchase from grocery stores or Starbucks stores. But that’s as far as Nespresso Vertuo pods go in supermarkets.
Nespresso OriginalLine Pods in Grocery Stores
When it comes to Nespresso OriginalLine pods, you should find a huge selection of 3rd party brand pods available at grocery stores.
Since Nespresso no longer owns the patent to Nespresso OriginalLine pods, a lot of 3rd party coffee brands started selling their own, that includes: Starbucks, Dunkin’, Lavazza, Illy and many many more.
